How do I download all form submissions

I designed a custom form to collect visitor information for our outreach efforts. Since we aren’t selling any products currently, this isn’t related to a product page. Now, I aim to transfer this data into a spreadsheet to allocate outreach tasks among other team members. However, when I navigated to Home > Contacts and clicked the “…” to export all contacts, the resulting .csv file only had very basic information. It didn’t include details like addresses or phone numbers that form submitters had filled in.

I’m wondering how I can perform an export that encompasses all the additional data. Is there a specific setting or a different export method I should be using?
